When uploading files they must comply these requirements:
- We only accept JPG/JPEG files.
- 150 DPI resolution only.
- Files cannot exceed 20MB
- They must match at least 1 of the products on our catalog, the sizes available for each category are specified here
- Due to our system settings and production standards we cannot print custom sizes.
- Please make sure to place your credit card information before placing an order. For this, go to your Settings section in your account.
- Also, make sure to specify the final destination address to calculate shipping cost.
