If you receive a damaged print or an incorrect product, all you need to do is contact us via email to [email protected] with the the following information:

  • Order ID

  • Entire front of product

  • Entire back of product

  • Barcode

  • Packaging

  • Shipping label

This information will allow us to investigate thoroughly the case in question, file the claim properly and it will help us improve our services.

You can choose if you'd a replacement print(s) free of charge or a refund for the print(s).

NOTE: All claims must be reported not later than 30 days after the order ships.
